If you have a question or need some help here in ZetaWorlds, we are happy to assist you. Simply go to your account page for ZetaWorlds https://zetaworlds.com/home , log in with your username and password (same as you use in the viewer). At the top please use the "Help" dropdown menu and choose "Submit a Ticket". You can even submit a support ticket without logging in! Simply open the ZetaWorlds home page https://zetaworlds.com/home and use the "Help" dropdown menu and choose "Submit a Ticket". Staff is also available inworld if you need assistance. If you don't know who is online currently, you can go to Welcome region where we have staff boards to show who is online. Click a board to send a private message to any staff online or use search to find their name and IM them directly. As for any support ticket, please be sure to include any and all information that might help us identify your problem. Details are good! Our support system is English speaking.
